Personally I think PS3 just feels ( and I mean physically an environmentally) more polished and more adult. I haven't played much online but I will be doing as its free unlike the 360.
Even though the PS3 console costs more if you take the cost of a 360 and add on the costs you would pay for say 3 years worth of online gaming on the 360 the price is about the same as the PS3. So it all works out, I like the sony brand over microsoft I think its all down to personal choice. But if you get a PS3 you can play online with your KQ friends |

Coming from personal experience, I did own a 360 first and had no intention of buying a PS3, I can say I agree with kaeolian. The PS3 hardware is so much better than the 360's, quality wise. When my AC brick died on the 360 and then the 360 had a red ring of death, I decided enough was enough and got a PS3, I was amazed at the difference in feel of quality. The 360 I had, felt like a piece of crap, the build quality was poor, it was loud and it was so damn hot. The PS3 is extremely quiet and doesn't feel like it will ever break down. I guess it's hard to explain, but the 360 just has a cheap, inferior feel to it.
That being said, if the 360 was the same build quality wise, I would have probably never bought a PS3...well I probably would have eventually for some of the cool exclusive titles. And yes, you save a lot on the online bill. |
