I doubt this would be the right place to post this but whatever. Post a screen shot of your desktop. If you dont know how follow these steps

1. Go to your desktop
2. Hit the button o your keyboard that says "Print Screen SysRq"(you were not aware that button was there did you)
3. go in to any photo editing program(i use photoshop)
4. open a new blank page in the program
5. Hit "Ctrl+V"
6. save
7. post
8. bring me cake
9. Have a nice cup of tea
